Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year 2021
Praise be to God and His help, the Ordinary General Assembly meeting was held on Wednesday, 7/2021 AD, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al-Tuwaijri, the representative of the Social Development Center in Rawdat Sudair, Mr. Badr Al-Ghunaiman.
The following topics were discussed and approved:
1- Approval of the general budget for the year 2020.
2-Adoption of the share price at a value of (207) two hundred and seven riyals.
